1. Refund & Return Policy

1. The items sold on the website are perishable and are produced on Made to Order basis and customised. Hence there is no product return policy. Once the order is delivered, it will not be returned.
2. You cancel the order 24 hours before the delivery time. You can do the same by calling on 01414854979 or dropping a mail on brotherbakery6@gmail.com. If Order is placed within 36 hours of delivery time, it is non-cancellable/non refundable.
3. The amount will be refunded to your bank account in 10-15 working days.
4. Cancellation charge might be applicable subject to case to case basis.

2. Shipping Information

Classic Sponge cakes can be delivered within an hour. There are 1 hour slots (Fixed Time) and 3 hour slots. 1 Hour slot is chargeable whereas 3 hour slots are free. We commit to deliver within the said time duration.

Designer cakes are only deliverable in 3 hour slots as these cakes are delivered in a car. We commit to deliver in 3 hour slot but we can take special requests for specific time delivery of designer cakes, subject to availability of logistics fleet.

BROTHERS BAKERY: TERMS OF USE

Please read the terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) set out below carefully before ordering any Goods or Services from this Website. By ordering any Goods or Services from this Website, by phone, or by our mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The domain name brothersbakery.co.in (hereinafter referred to as "Website") is owned by brother's Group a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2021 with its registered office at Shop G-30 brother's bakery, near SBI ATM, Jhotwara, 302012 India (hereinafter referred to as "brother's bakery").

Section 3: Ordering

3.1 Any contract for supply of Food Delivery is between you and our Participating Suppliers. You agree to provide accurate and complete details at the time of ordering.

3.2 Goods and Services purchased are intended for your personal use only and not for resale.

3.3 Please ensure products ordered are suitable for intended recipient.

3.4 You must keep your login details secure.

3.5 We take reasonable care to keep order and payment details secure.

3.6 Orders are subject to availability and delivery capacity.

3.7 Contract will be confirmed by email or SMS.

3.8 Confirmation will specify items ordered and receipt of payment.

3.9 If unavailable, we will inform you by email/SMS/phone.

Section 4: Prices and Payment

4.1 All details provided must be accurate and you must have sufficient funds.

4.2 Prices listed are correct at publication but may change.

4.3 Delivery prices may be altered in future.

4.4 Full payment must be made online via UPI, Net Banking, Credit or Debit card.

4.5 We do not store any card or banking details.

4.6 Never share personal bank details like Card Number/Pin/CVV/OTP/UPI Pin.

Section 5: Delivery

5.1 Delivery periods quoted are approximate only.

5.2 If delivered by partners, they are responsible for timely delivery.

5.3 We aim to deliver on time but take no responsibility for late delivery.

5.4 Orders are delivered by reputed courier.

5.5 Delivery charges will not be refunded in case of late delivery.

5.6 Risk passes to you upon delivery.

5.7 Failure to accept delivery will be deemed delivered.

5.8 We are not liable for losses due to late delivery.

5.9 If delivery location unavailable, we will inform you.

5.10 Delivery will be attempted only once.

5.11 Deliveries not made on National Holidays.

5.12 Delivery may be rescheduled due to natural calamities or other impediments.

5.13 No change of delivery date once scheduled.
